Just Checking launches new assessment system

Just Checking has launched its latest digital sensor assessment system, with a host of new
features to help care professionals provide the best possible support.
Just Checking is an activity monitoring system which uses sensor technology to help its
clients complete objective, evidence-based care needs assessments of adults with
dementia, learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.

These assessments can then be used to better identify the appropriate level of support that
each individual needs, in many cases allowing people to live more independently.

Continuous innovation.

The company has now unveiled its newest ‘Daily Living System’, which comes with a number
of upgrades, including a new heat and light measurement feature, increased sensor range,
longer battery back-up times and more discreet sensors.

Just Checking Director, Amy Lewis, said: “Just Checking has been supporting care
professionals for almost 20 years, and during this time we’ve always looked to innovate, and
improve our products and services. Our newest Daily Living System has all the technology
our clients would expect in a Just Checking kit - such as the plug-and-go hub, door,
movement and activity sensors - but its new features can help give care professionals more
comprehensive data, increased connectivity and reduce risk for the people they support.”
